Does your organization employ environmental workers? ECO Canada is profiling the environmental workforce and HR trends across the sector. Complete our 2021 HR survey and impact the future of the workforce across all industries, occupations and regions. Your insights are crucial to our understanding of Canada’s current labour market. ECO Canada has estimated 2.6% of New Brunswick’s employed labour force to be in environmental roles. Over the next decade, 2,700 additional workers will be needed to replace retirees and grow environmental employment across the province. The purpose of this study is to gather worker demographics and compensation data. Employers will be asked about their staffing plans and skills needs. This information will help establish benchmarks for the sector and guide the development and delivery of resources by ECO Canada and our partners. As an added benefit, participants will be eligible to win prizes and receive discounts on products and services. Download the document for the survey link. Deadline to participate is March 17, 2021
