NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following meetings of HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATION OF NEW BRUNSWICK INC. (the “Company”) will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017:
- A Meeting of the Board of Directors at the hour of 5:30p.m. AST
- A Special General Meeting of the Members at the hour of 5:00p.m. AST
For the purpose of considering By-law No. 1A, being a by-law that authorizes the amendment to the Company’s Letters Patent by changing the name of the Company to:
CPHR NEW BRUNSWICK INC./ CRHA NOUVEAU-BRUNSWICK INC.
in order to unify and strengthen all Chapters across Canada.
Note: Members who are unable to be personally present at the meeting are entitled to vote by returning the attached Written Consent form by email at info@cphrnb.ca no later than 48 hours before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
