    The Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation allows you to stand out in the job market because of your expertise and commitment to the industry. By obtaining your CPHR designation, you’re committing to staying updated and up to date with the latest industry trends. The CPHR designation is recognized across Canada and is awarded by the provincial chapters of CPHR Canada.

Demonstrate your theoretical and technical knowledge of the CPHR Competency Framework by either:

  • Passing the National Knowledge Exam (NKE)
  • Graduating from a Canadian Accredited program and receiving your approval for an NKE exemption.

*Note: To be eligible to write the NKE, you must first complete the nine required HR courses.
