| Gina O’Rourke-McKay Chief Mentoring Executive New Brunswick Mentor Apprentice Program Gina – NB-MAPs founder – is a results-oriented, excellence-driven professional with ten years of experience in human resource recruiting, workforce development, strategic planning and change management. Her experience in the field spans multiple sectors: prior to her current role as creator and leader of the New Brunswick Mentor Apprentice Program, Gina was a Talent Acquisition Specialist with JD Irving, and the Workforce Development Coordinator for Enterprise Saint John (Community Economic Development Agency). She completed her Bachelor of Arts at Memorial University and went on to study Project Management at Western University. | ||
