The Chartered Professionals in Human Resources New Brunswick (CPHRNB) is pleased to announce that Luc Page has been appointed Executive Director beginning July 18.
Luc will be responsible for the successful leadership and management of CPHRNB and executing the strategic direction set by the Provincial Board of Directors. In partnership with Solange Gagnon, Executive Administrator, he will also be expected to support the Board in fulfilling its governance function, meeting the needs of our Members, generating revenue, and supporting the growth of the human resources profession in New Brunswick.
Luc has over a decade of experience in a variety of areas, including marketing, member recruitment, business development, program management, and office management. He also has extensive professional and volunteer experience working with association boards and committees, including over four years with the Certified General Accountants Association of New Brunswick. Luc holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Diploma of Public Administration and a Master of Public Administration from the Université de Moncton.
Luc comes to CPHRNB from Allain & Associates where he held the position of Human Resources and Office Manager. In this role, he was responsible for contributing to the financial growth of the firm through the effective management of staff, assisting with the development of strategic plans, and executing on the resulting business objectives. Luc’s appreciation for the human resources profession grew in this role as it involved many of the challenges CPHRNB members face each day, such as recruitment and selection, orientation, training, and coaching, employee engagement, and performance management.
Please join me in welcoming Luc to CPHRNB. His broad experience makes him a strong addition to our team and we look forward to introducing Luc to each of our five Chapters over the coming months. Luc can be reached by email at luc@cphrnb.ca.
Thank you.
