For 19 years, Jill held a leadership role at BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre, leading a team that developed and delivered training and engaged organizations and communities in sustainable, strategic actions to improve the health of women in BC. Jill is the co-author of When Love Hurts, A Woman’s Guide to Understanding Abuse in Relationships, published by Penguin Random House. |

What is at the root of this phenomenon and what is the relationship with emotional intelligence? How does it impact the workplaces around the world?
