This year, we’re pleased to have Keynote Speaker Stéphane Grenier, joining us on Day 1 of the conference. Renowned mental health innovator, advocate, author, and entrepreneur Mr. Grenier will be speaking on the topic of "Leveraging the World’s Largest Untapped Mental Health Resource: People". Many of you might know Mr. Grenier from his books, most recently “After the War: Surviving PTSD and Changing Mental Health Culture'' and through his public appointment to the Order of Canada. Mr. Grenier’s riveting keynote talks are not only thought-provoking but also lead to tangible action and sustainable change for those leaders who are prepared to rethink how they support their people.

Joining us on Day 2 of the conference, we have Keynote Speaker Maydianne Andrade, Expert on Creating Equitable Workplaces and Vice-Dean of Faculty Affairs and Equity at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC). Maydianne shows the strength diversity brings to an organisation through actively promoting the hiring, retention, and success of a diverse and inclusive faculty. Through her informative and eye-opening talks, Maydianne will speak to the harm that unconscious biases have on both individuals and organisations and provide techniques and solutions to resolve and mitigate those negative effects to create more positive and fair workplaces.
