Presented to CPHR NB by the Provincial Professional Development Committee, this webinar speaks to how COVID-19 has changed the landscape for the workplace and created a host of new challenges for HR professionals. Lucie LaBoissonnière (McInnes Cooper) will address many related topics in a webinar prepared exclusively for CPHRNB members. Among the topics that will be addressed: amendments to the Employment Standards Act, unilateral changes in working conditions, accommodations, health and safety as well as privacy. There will also be a review of recent NB cases in labour & employment. |
