Jamie Eddy, Partner Cox & Palmer Jamie Eddy is a partner in the Labour and Employment Group in the Fredericton, New Brunswick office of Cox & Palmer. Jamie has extensive experience representing employers in all aspects of employment, labour and human rights law including, wrongful dismissal lawsuits, human rights complaints, union certification applications, labour injunctions, grievance arbitrations, employment standards appeals, workers compensation appeals, preparation of employment contracts, employee policies, termination agreements and negotiation of collective agreements. Jamie is also actively involved with providing employers pro-active advice on various employment and labour law issues including the provision of pro-active training seminars and workshops. Jamie is: - a member of the NB Human Resources Association, - past chair of the Labour and Employment Section of the CBA, NB Branch, - on the editorial board - Federated Press, Executive Employment, - a lecturer of employment law at the University of New Brunswick, - past member of the Board of Governors for the New Brunswick Community College, - on the Board of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers. | ||
