| Alcohol and drug use is pervasive in our society, and the workplace is not immune to this reality. As an employer or a supervisor, you must exercise due diligence. By better understanding this occurrence, you will be better prepared to intervene in order to prevent workplace incidents or accidents and reduce productivity losses associated with addiction problems. During this session, we will offer you the tools needed to manage crisis situations or unresolved cases.
