Rachelle Gagnon Rachelle Gagnon is the Chief of Organizational Development for Assumption Life and its subsidiaries, which has been recently recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers. She is responsible for Human Resource, Payroll and Sales force compensation, corporate communications and Corporate Social Responsibility policies. She was recognized in 2012 with the Atlantic Canada’s Excellence in HR Award. She is Past-President of the Human Resources Association of New-Brunswick and member of the Board of Directors of NB Liquor and the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce. She also is a member of the VP HR Group through the New Brunswick Business Council and a member of the executive of the Industry Education Council for Southeast NB. She is a graduate of Université de Moncton and University of New Brunswick (UNB), with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a certificate in public administration and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). | ||
