Description: |
||
For the fourth consecutive year, HRANB Moncton is proud to partner with the Frye Festival and this year we are hosting Elizabeth Renezetti. Elizabeth is currently Columnist and Feature Writer at the Globe and Mail, where she deals with often controversial issues related to culture, socioeconomics, politics, environment and health. Twice weekly, she voices her opinion on current affairs, garnering a strong and dedicated readership nation-wide. Her columns are timely, witty, and intelligent, and Elizabeth is one of the leading female voices in Canadian journalism. Elizabeth’s presentation will address a topic which resonates with thousands of Canadians…the pursuit of work-life balance. In a recent Globe and Mail article, she tackles this head-on and promotes the benefits of embracing the messiness of chaos because that is what ultimately makes life beautiful and interesting. To read this column as a hint to her presentation, please go to: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/life/realtionships/craving-balance-in-chaos/article21323092/?page=1 Adding to the chaos of her own life, Elizabeth also just published her first novel, Based on a True Story, which is a work of humorous fiction about celebrities and journalists. Join us for a delicious breakfast buffet and meet Elizabeth Renezetti. *Help HRANB Moncton promote childhood literacy – for each new or gently-used child’s book you donate on April 28th you will receive a ballot for great door prizes. Literacy is the key to an enriched life! | ||
