Micheline Roy, CHRP As President and co-founder of HR réflexion RH, Micheline is the driving force behind the success of the company providing support and training to businesses in the region in the field of human resources. During the past 25 years, Micheline has accumulated a wide range of experience in a career filled with interesting challenges. In 2004, Micheline began her career as HR Coordinator for the Post-secondary Expertise service where she worked with employers to identify their needs and help them identify the best possible candidates. In 2007, Micheline worked as a Regional Human Resources Coordinator, as part of a nationwide pilot project. Leading the efforts of more than 12 economic agencies and 25 companies from across Canada, she was also responsible for the coordination of project activities, including the establishment and implementation of HR plans for several small businesses in Canada. In December 2009, she received her certificate of professional management of human resources and the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), a nationally recognized accreditation. In 2010, Micheline became CEO of HR réflexion RH, a company that delivers services in human resources management, including training, workshops, coaching and other HR services. In parallel, since 2011, she is the CEO of Alianco, formerly Traduction NB Translation, where she is focused on strategic issues addressing the economic development of the language industry and supports the professional community in the field of translation. Micheline is also a member of the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick (HRANB) Northeast Chapter. | ||
