| The Northwest Chapter of the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick invites you to a half-day training presented by Mrs. Chantal Poulin, Expert in Communication Mrs. Poulin will address the following topics: • The main steps of change • Reaction associated with change • Actions to take and how to behave in times of change • Things to do and avoid in times of change • Managers and players role for change An open discussion and exchange of ideas will follow the presentation.
