With the current economic situation and the youth exodus causing shortages in the workforce, we are at a point where we need to turn towards immigration to meet the needs of our current labor markets. It is therefore highly important that the local workforce and the immigrant population work together to create an inclusive work environment. Mr. Olivier Hanot will address the following topics: 1. Procedures and realities when hiring an immigrant workforce 2. Successful integration in the workplace 3. Understanding potential sources of conflict in the workplace and working out possible solutions 4.
