No one needs to be reminded that during times of labor shortages and global competition, companies need loyal and engaged employees more than ever. But how can we get this highly valued commitment which leads to success for companies? While human resources professionals have a key role to play, they are not the only ones: team managers are also on the front lines. Participants will be presented with simple tips on subjects such as: - the importance of teamwork; - the importance of taking responsibility and demonstrating leadership within a company; - the importance of learning each day and of working to learn; - the importance of learning that the sources leading to happiness and misfortune are within one’s self and that they are responsible for the life that they have led up to this day; - the importance of being well supported; - the importance of keeping one’s focus in order to double one’s results without having to work twice as hard; and learn, especially during my conference: YES…it’s possible, rest assured that participants will be encouraged and urged to become engaged and to take action in order to achieve results for themselves and their company!
