Thomas Mengel, Ph.D Thomas Mengel, Ph.D., serves as CEO and President of Reiss Profile Canada Corp. He passionately beliefs that everybody can succeed in realizing their personal and professional potential. He is professor of leadership studies at the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and a seasoned entrepreneur, leader, manager, consultant and coach. Thomas has been teaching in the field of leadership for more than 30 years. His academic degrees are in theology, adult education (minor in psychology), history, and computer science (minor in education and business administration). Before joining academia full-time in 2005, he held various project management and leadership positions and worked as an entrepreneur and consultant in different European and North American organizational contexts. His major focus in research, teaching and my professional and entrepreneurial practice is on the significance of motivation, values, and meaning in the context of project management and leadership. He is particularly interested in supporting personal and professional growth as well as leadership development. | ||

The Reiss Motivation Profile (RMP) is an innovative profiling tool for the modern HR Professional to gain deeper insight into what truly motivates employees. Personal, professional and leadership development is crucial for HR professionals and organizations. This presentation will demonstrate how the RMP can be used to make better decisions in career, personal and leadership development. The audience will be able to explore their own profile using a brief version of the RMP and recommendations for different applications will be presented and summarized. | ||
