The HRM class from NBCC – Moncton will be doing three presentations this year. One presentation will examine the prevalence and benefits of Corporate Social Responsibility in the human resources field. The second presentation will focus on Strategic Compensation and Benefits Planning for retaining top talent. The discussion will center on what organizations in Moncton currently are doing for compensation and benefits and compare this to what top organizations are doing as best practices in compensation and benefits. The aim will be to retain top talent. The third presentation will discuss the challenge of: Attracting Talent to New Brunswick. This presentation will discuss promoting New Brunswick as the province of choice in our roles as HR professionals. Demonstrating the advantages that New Brunswick has to offer for balancing career and family life. | ||
