JAMES F. LeMESURIER. Q.C. Jamie LeMesurier is a partner in the Atlantic Canada law firm Stewart McKelvey, based in the firm’s Saint John, New Brunswick office, where he maintains an active practice devoted advising and representing employers on all aspects of employment and labour relations law, including collective bargaining, collective agreement administration, discipline and dismissal, employment standards, grievance arbitration, human rights, occupational health & safety and workers compensation. In 1999 he received the Certified Human Resource professional (CHRP) designation and was designated Queen’s Counsel (Q.C.) in 2012. In 2007-2008 Jamie served as the employer representative on the Independent Review Panel tasked with reviewing the New Brunswick workplace health, safety and compensation system. He has been recognised as a leading practitioner in labour law and employment law by Lexpert and Best Lawyers for a number of years. |
