Judith MewhortJudith Mewhort is the Managing Partner at Montridge Advisory Group Ltd., an independent employee benefits firm which supports small and mid-sized businesses in caring for the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of their employees. Prior to helping found Montridge in 1997, Judith worked for one of Canada’s largest insurers. During the early years of Montridge, she focused on providing financial planning and investment services with a focus on tax and estate aspects. Today, she assists companies with their business continuation planning, executive compensation, and employee financial wellness.
