Susan Stever has been a Registered Nurse for over 33 years and is licensed to practice in both NB and Quebec.  She has been a Certified Occupational Health Nurse with the Canadian Nurses Association for nearly 25 years.  Along with several other Occupational Health responsibilities in Heavy Industry for most of her career, she has extensive knowledge and experience in Disability Management and the Duty to Accommodate process.  She currently owns Stever Occupational Solutions Inc for the last 4 years.

Susan will share some Best Practices in the area of Disability Management and the Duty to Accommodate as it relates to Human Resources and how to navigate through medical notes, medical forms, and requests for accommodation.  Human Resource professionals may benefit from a different perspective on the topic.
