Bonnie Doughty, Director of Employment Services at the Multicultural Association of Fredericton (MCAF) | ||
Bonnie has worked at (MCAF) since Aug 1997. The clients she has served have included International Students and their spouses, Skilled Workers, PNP’s, Entrepreneurs, Temporary Foreign Workers and Refugees. Her clients have come from every corner of the world, work in diverse professions and are employed throughout the city, province and country. Special projects that Bonnie has worked on include: Conference Coordinator for the “Working Forward” Provincial Conference on Foreign Qualification Recognition, and most recently, Coordinator of the (600+) volunteers that assisted the MCAF in receiving and settling the 150+ Syrian Families that arrived in Fredericton. Her deep seeded passion has always been for fairness. And Bonnie believes that all newcomers should have the right to work and be respected for their professional education and work experience.
