Craig Wight, MarketQuest-Omnifacts As the Vice President of MarketQuest-Omnifacts, Craig is responsible for business development, research design, project management, and reporting. Craig is a senior qualitative researcher and moderates approximately 100 focus groups annually across a wide variety of topics, industries and sectors. Aside from focus groups, Craig's extensive experience in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research includes tracking studies, usage and attitude studies, segmentation studies, taste tests, telephone surveys, and online surveys. Craig has a longstanding relationship conducting research for clients throughout Atlantic Canada such as NB Power, Atlantic Lottery, Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation and Atlantic Credit Unions. He has a particular interest in employee opinion research and has designed and managed many studies of this nature-administered via telephone, mail and online. | ||
