Patricia J. Noble, Office of Human Resources, GNB Trish holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. She began her career as a human resource generalist, providing services in recruitment, job evaluation, attendance management, mediation and labour relations management. Since 2005, she has been working in the Compensation and Classification section of the Office of Human Resources with the Government of New Brunswick. Her work involves the design and review of pay plans, wage rates, and classification structures for both unionized and non-unionized employee groups across the public service. Trish earned her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation in 2006 from the WorldatWork Organization. In addition to her CCP, Trish also holds a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Dalhousie University. | ||
