Trish Gallant-Leblanc Cox & Palmer Trisha is an associate of the Fredericton office of Cox and Palmer and a member of the Cox & Palmer Management Labour Relations and Employment Practice Group. Trisha’s practice is primarily in the area of employment, labour and administrative law with experience in wrongful dismissal lawsuits, human rights complaints, workplace accidents, certification/decertification applications, negotiations for collective agreements, grievance arbitrations, injunctive relief, contracts of employment, employee policies, termination agreements, governance issues and general pro-active advice on employment, labour and administrative law issues. Trisha also provides a variety of pro-active training seminars for employers in the union and non-union workplace. Training seminars given by Trisha include topics such as Workplace Accidents, Workplace Harassment, Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace, Managing Absenteeism, Innocent Absenteeism, Litigating Disability Claims, Discipline and Dismissal, Duty to Accommodate, Social Media in the Workplace, Equality in Employment and various Employment Law seminars for a variety of employers across New Brunswick. Trisha is currently the Regional President of the New Brunswick Canadian Red Cross Society and a member of the Administrative Law, Labour and Employment Law, Women Lawyers Forum and the Constitutional, Human Rights and Equality sections of the New Brunswick branch of the Canadian Bar Association. | ||
