Amy Graham & Anne-Charlotte Savoie | ||
Anne-Charlotte Savoie is a Talent and Culture Consultant at Service New Brunswick. With a BA in Communication and a MSc in Organizational Development, her professional journey led her to navigate roles in internal communication, recruitment and employee experience. Known by her colleagues as AC, she is the Employee Experience Lead at SNB, her focus areas include employee engagement, employee recognition, onboarding and orientation and performance management. AC is also an accredited Insights practitioner, and delivers sessions to employees throughout the province. When she is not geeking out on employee experience, she’s probably listening to a podcast, trying to win at Trivia night, being overly competitive playing board games or trying to conquer the art of knitting.
Amy Graham is the Director of Organizational Culture and HR Strategy within the SNB People and Culture Team. With a BA in History and French Literature combined with a Masters in Political Science, Amy is an accidental HR professional with just under 15 years in the field. Amy oversees 3 main buckets of responsibility: Strategic Talent Acquisition, Organizational Culture, and HR Systems & Data. These buckets include recruitment (over 1100 Staffing actions per year!), Employee Experience, Leadership Development, Talent Pipelines, HR Systems, HR Data Analytics and general HR Strategy for SNB – an organization of just over 2500 employees. Located in Rothesay New Brunswick, Amy has the pleasure of leading 16 superstars, distributed across the province. She spends her free time reading, humming along to Taylor Swift, watching F1 racing, travelling and spending time with her husband and two young daughters. |

Description: |
||
Join AC and Amy as they present a tried and tested blue print for affecting real organizational culture change. Service New Brunswick, a Part 1 government organization of just over 2500, has been on a 3 year journey as they continue to implement programs and strategies, demonstrating results and incrementally building the team’s capacity to have a measurable impact on Employee Experience (with survey results to prove it!). Whether you have a large HR team or are a team of 1, AC and Amy hope to be able to share some advice and recommendations on how to ensure you can play a key role in shaping your organization’s culture! |
