Christine Roy-Carreau | ||
Christine Roy-Carreau is a highly skilled Human Resources professional with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in fostering positive and productive work environments for both employees and stakeholders. A passionate advocate for positive workplace culture, Christine believes strongly in the power of human potential and strives to create environments where employees can thrive and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at GoToInsure, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s HR policies and strategies, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values. Christine is deeply committed to cultivating a collaborative, inclusive culture that drives organizational success and growth. Throughout her career, Christine has held a diverse range of HR roles, including Compensation Analyst, Recruitment Specialist, Pension & Benefits Manager, Disability Manager, and Labour Relations Advisor. She began her career in HR with a multinational steel company in Ontario and has since gained valuable experience in a variety of sectors, including the financial industry, Cavendish Farms from The Irving Group of Companies, Co-op Atlantic. Her work experience expands also with roles in municipal government and WorkSafeNB. Before her current position, Christine served as the HR and Labour Relations Advisor for the City of Dieppe, where she managed employee relations and led labour negotiations for a diverse municipal workforce. Christine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université de Moncton and has earned several professional certifications, including her Registered Professional Recruiter designation and Insight Discovery Practitioner certification. |
