Richard Johnson, CPHR Organization: Ascent Employment Law
Richard loves what he does and the people he works with. He is passionate about workplace issues and ensuring that the legal solutions he offers are practical and make situations better; not worse or more contentious. He is a stickler for practicality, fairness and respect, and his approach aims to manage workplace issues before they become irreparable. He has a particular knack for risk mitigation and aims to resolve matters without unnecessary conflict. However, years of trial experience show that litigation is sometimes a necessary tool to get his clients a fair outcome. When engaged in litigation, Richard appreciates his relationships with opposing counsel and the mutual respect and collegiality that comes hand-in-hand with vigorous advocacy for each lawyer’s client. Richard believes that employers and employees are essential and deserving of fair treatment. In fact, in most cases, employers and employees have many of the same fundamental needs and aims. That is why he does not represent only one side. His experience has made Richard an effective advisor and representative for employers in need of excellent advice and representation.
Jenny Jukes, CPHR Organization: CrowdStrike
Jen is a passionate and energetic HR leader with expertise in the areas of Training and Leadership Development, Coaching, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Change Management, Recruitment, Operations, and Process Improvement. |
