| Mathieu Girouard Mathieu is an associate in the Fredericton office of Cox & Palmer. He obtained his law degree at the Université de Moncton before being admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2016. Fluently bilingual, Mathieu carries on a general litigation practice with an emphasis on Insurance, Administrative, Commercial Litigation, Health Law and Employment & Labour. Prior to joining Cox & Palmer as an associate, Mathieu worked with our firm as a student-at-law. Mathieu is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Association des juristes d’expression française du Nouveau-Brunswick. Simon Pierre Godbout Simon-Pierre is an associate in the Moncton, New Brunswick office of Cox & Palmer. Simon-Pierre maintains a general litigation practice with a special focus in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Employment & Labour and Restructuring & Insolvency. In addition to his litigation practice, Simon-Pierre also works in the areas of Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Estates & Trusts and Real Estate. Simon-Pierre is fluent in both official languages. Simon-Pierre is a professor of commercial law for business students at the Université de Moncton and he has delivered several lectures and presentations to a wide range of individuals and groups with respect to estate planning. | ||
