Join us for a session on Proving the Value of HR Investments. Come learn a simple, inexpensive, and credible approach to measuring return on investment while focusing on issues specifically relevant to measuring and evaluating HR programs and initiatives. This workshop will introduce the Phillips ROI Methodology: a systematic process to prove the value, impact and ROI in HR projects, programs and improvement initiatives.
