Siobhan Brown is an experienced Practice Lead at TidalShift Inc. (formerly SPM Learning). She is an instructor, consultant, keynote speaker and project professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in developing and delivering programs in both public and private sectors including one-on-one coaching with senior management and director level staff. At TidalShift, Siobhan focuses on enhancing change management, leadership and project management skills. She is an innovative, dynamic, results-driven learning and development professional with a well earned reputation for taking initiative. By partnering effectively with client groups, she has consistently created innovative solutions to achieve strategic objectives. In addition to offering high-calibre presentation and facilitation skills, she possesses the ability to interact with employees at all levels, creating trust and rapport. Siobhan has demonstrated project managing medium to large scale initiatives by developing and designing procedures and programs to optimize performance and process efficiency using a disciplined project management approach. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management, Siobhan holds her Change Management Pratitioner (CMP)Designation from APMG, her Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation from the Project Management Institute, a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation from the Canadian Society for Training & Development and is a certified Extended DiSC® facilitator. She is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Leadership at Royal Roads University.
