Ryan Johnston Associate McInnes Cooper Ryan Johnston is a senior associate at McInnes Cooper. He practices primarily in labour and employment law and technology contracting, with hands on experience in the software development industry. He provides advice to clients in union and non-union settings ranging from notice period estimates on wrongful dismissal, just cause for discipline or dismissal human rights issues, privacy and surveillance issues, disability accommodation, issues of compliance with legislation (particularly employment standards, privacy, and human rights), arbitrations, certification applications, unfair labour practices, and all other related issues.
