Description: |

The HRM class from NBCC – Moncton will be doing two presentations this year. They will be putting you through the main course. One presentation will address: Telecommuting as the way of the future. What are the benefits of telecommuting to your organization? What are the costs of telecommuting? What is the ROI of having employees working from home? The other presentation will focus on the under-represented workforce. What is this largely untapped resource? With the birthrate at an all time low and baby boomers retiring at all time high rate, is it not time to realize the true potential of the under-represented workforce? This is a breakfast meeting you will not want to miss. Oh, by the way, stick around for dessert! Pierre Battah and Diane Allain are going to wrap up with this month’s question: How to overcome networking challenges and make networking fun – tips for rookies and master networkers? | ||
