Terry Moore Speaker Bio: Terry has a solid educational background with an Honours Bachelor Degree from the University of Western in Social Science as well as an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor in Human Resources and Business Administration. In conjunction with this Terry has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Senior Management positions. As a former Director of Human Resources with a multinational firm Mr. Moore brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table in all aspects of the human resource field in a multi-plant manufacturing environment. Mr. Moore has also held key positions in the public sector in addition to his extensive private sector experience. He has dealt with both unionized and non-union workplaces, has negotiated numerous Collective Agreements and has developed and implemented a complete range of Human Resource policies and programs including effective Health and Safety Programs. In addition Mr. Moore is proficient in providing practical day-to-day advice on a wide range of issues confronting today's business person.
