Ellen Choi PhD Candidate, Organizational Behaviour Ivey School of Business, Western University, Canada Ellen Choi is an organizational behaviour PhD candidate at the Ivey School of Business, Western University, Canada. Her research interests revolve around the effects of mindfulness in the workplace. Presently she is studying the effects of mindfulness training on error, emotion regulation, and creativity. She completed her Masters degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and prior to graduate school, worked in industry for 6 years. | ||

She will discuss the key impacts that mindfulness has been found to have on organizational outcomes, and describe how mindfulness is being trained in organizations.
