Launched in 2014, the Mental Health Commission of Canada’s (MHCC) Case Study Research project followed over 40 organizations (representing over 250,000 employees) from various industries and sectors across Canada to determine promising practices as they implemented the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (the Standard). Hear why participating employers decided to implement the Standard – their reasons might surprise you; Learn more about the challenges and barriers these employers faced in implementing the Standard, and the nine most promising practices they recommend to ensure implementation success for your organization; and Gain in-depth knowledge of the top three actions you can take to implement the Standard in your workplace. No matter the size or type of your organization, there are valuable lessons to be learned from these organizations. Join MHCC and our lead researcher as we unveil the key findings from the Case Study Research Project. | ||
