We know that the quality of the employee relations in an organization will dictate how people behave in the workplace. We also know that people’s behaviours can be influenced by our actions. Therefore, there are principles; some do’s and don’ts in employee relations that will help us improve our teams and workplaces. In this breakfast meeting, Maxime Labbé of Montana Consulting Group will share with us some key practices he has learned over the last 20 years. Through cases, Maxime will challenge us and facilitate productive discussions that will help identify effective practices for positive employee relations. |
