George Raine is President of Montana Consulting Group, a Moncton-based firm that helps clients build highly engagement workplaces and supports them with outstanding customized leadership development programs and employee / labour relations guidance. George’s 40 year career in HR has included executive level positions with Irving, Frigidaire Canada, Stelco Inc., the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre, and the Government of Nova Scotia. He has worked in all Canadian and many US employment jurisdictions. He is author of The Ten Minute Turnaround, a book about Montana’s popular Turnaround Interview® technique for coaching good employees out of bad habits. A co-founder and twice president of the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (now CPHR Canada) and winner of the ACHRA for Excellence in HR, George is a graduate of Queen’s University and the famous international school, Institut Montana in Zugerberg, Switzerland [from which his business takes its name].
