 As a Partner with Montana, Maxime brings more than 20 years of management experience in human resources and labour relations.  A graduate in Industrial Relations from Université Laval, Max is a master trainer in both English and French.  He relates well to any group, and brings warmth and enthusiasm to the many courses he has developed and taught.  Besides training, Max specializes in workplace assessments, organizational transformation, and labour relations.  

Employee relations is what defines the relationships between the employer and the employees. We know that the quality of the employee relations in an organization will dictate how people behave in the workplace. We also know that people’s behaviours can be influenced by our actions.
