Violence & Harassment in the workplace: Are you ready for April 1st? Learn about the new legislative provisions and what will be required from New-Brunswick employers. Regulatory changes addressing violence and harassment as workplace health and safety hazards will come into force on April 1, 2019. Under the new regulatory changes, harassment and violence are defined as workplace hazards that affect health and safety. Sexual violence and harassment, domestic violence and intimate partner violence are also included. Note : We suggest that you bring your employer`s documents related to violence and harassment in the workplace as there will be group discussions during this workshop. |
