Description: |
||
It’s an easy stereotype: the self-centred, social media-obsessed Millennial who rejects the idea of climbing a corporate ladder. But it’s not really a fair picture and it’s certainly not a helpful one. Organizations of all types need to plan for tomorrow’s leadership, and there is only one certain rule about the future – those still above the grass get a year older every year. So it’s a certainty that the Boomers will soon retire and the Millennial generation WILL be our leaders. In this presentation, George Raine will discuss practical steps HR professionals can take to ensure that organizations are prepared to take advantage of the many strengths of the Millennial generation and develop succession planning practices to support their growth into senior roles. |
