Liz Grant, Principal Consultant Liz is an experienced career management professional having worked in the field for more than two decades. As a coach, her passion is in guiding clients to develop a clear understanding of their vision, strengths, career opportunities and develop action plans to achieve career goals. Prior to joining Logan HR, Liz worked for a global career and talent management consulting firm where she held roles including Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant and National Practice Leader. She is best known for her leadership, planning and organizing skills and the ability to achieve results and delight her clients. She has worked with hundreds of clients from a broad range of industries. Liz received her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resource (CPHR) and has completed her Co-Active Coaching
Certification through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Liz is an avid LinkedIn user and has coached hundreds of people on its use.
Howie Outerbridge, Vice President - Client Solutions Howie's background includes over 15 years of experience in learning, career exploration, and the development of people in a variety of settings including private industry, community based career centres and post-secondary institutions. The experiences have helped him work with organizations to consult on a range of topics including career management, downsizing, personal branding and leadership solutions. Howie has held a variety of career-related management, instructor and counselling positions at both the University of British Columbia (UBC) and Simon Fraser University (SFU). He is certified in the Birkman Method, has been an avid LinkedIn user for over 10 years, and has taught career development theory at both SFU and UBC. Howie holds a Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology), a Master of Education (Counselling Psychology) and recently completed his doctorate in education at SFU. Howie is a daily user of LinkedIn and has been using it actively since 2007.
