Linda Sum is a widely-respected human rights investigator and trainer with over 20 years experience in the areas of harassment prevention and diversity. She has substantial experience in conducting investigations of harassment and bullying, and designing and delivering human rights and inclusion workshops for a wide range of audiences. As a member of the Frame and Associates team, Linda conducts employment systems reviews, assisting employers to identify barriers to employment equity and creating strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Linda has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree, both from the University of British Columbia, and previously practiced law in the area of labour and employment. |
