Neil Spent four years working with WorksafeNB as a fatalities investigator and a regulatory review officer. 

Neil provided input and expertise related to content, for some of the most recent changes to New Brunswick Occupational  Health and safety Legislation and was also directly involved in all employer prosecutions for occupational health and safety from 2016-2018.

Neil managed the Health and safety of multimillion dollar infrastructure and construction projects for some of the largest engineering firms in In the world.

Neil’s client base is local and international, having clients in the Dutch Caribbean, the United States and Canada.  Neil has helped numerous employers create and manage occupational health and safety programs.

Neil’s focus is on creating a culture of safety, which creates safety leaders at all levels of the organization, by applying the “Slight Edge of Safety” as the base philosophy for success in occupational health and safety.
