Lunch & Learn Webinar – Thursday April 23, 2020
ADR Atlantic Institute offers this one-hour FREE Lunch & Learn webinar to ADR practitioners and Human Resources Professionals.
OVERVIEW OF THE TRAINING
On a regular day, work-life balance is hard.
The expression itself “work-life balance” creates stress in many of us who believe everyone is achieving this except us!
Well, add in a global pandemic, school closures, a makeshift home office and this balance totally flips!
During this webinar, Manon will share some strategies on how to navigate through this situation that is so unknown to all of us. With her experience as a child psychologist, a mother who is currently working from home and a consultant in conflict management, she is all too aware of the various tensions and conflicts that we may experience as we go through this time of great change!
Manon will discuss various family and work-related topics including:
- Prioritizing our mental health and the mental health of our family in this time of great uncertainty
- The importance of connection and gratitude
- The importance of routine and stability (or the importance of developing new routines)
- Effective strategies to deal with the anxiety that times of change can bring
This is not a CPHR NB event, register off site. Receipt will not go into your member profile.
