HR provides structural and personal leadership to an organization. Does it hold up during a time of crisis? During this session, Rob will share how the HR team was mobilized to provide support to the front-line managers and workers, how they became the go-to group for removing barriers, how to manage on-the-fly changes to process & procedures, and how decisions were made while staying true to organizational values.
