Description: |
The Pandemic has been an agent of change, likely having a permanent impact on workplace practices and realities that we need to be prepared to understand and navigate.
To begin to understand our new reality, we need to make sure we have good information, which is why we will open the webinar by sharing an easy to digest summary of medical and scientific literature, including links to citations and resources that everyone can use for future reference.
Navigating this new world will also require practical and sound advice from bright minds. In this webinar, we will spend time with an Occupational Medicine expert, sharing and discussing how to assess your current workplace practices and identify resources to support your workplace reintegration plans.
Our conversation will also delve into how we need to work through the implications stemming from the pandemic and how to encourage and support your employees through the uncertainty and dramatic shifts in how we live and work.
In this presentation, you will:
- Summary of the current scientific thinking and literature regarding COVID
- Returning your work force to the workplace – employees, high risk employees, pregnant employers
- Considerations regarding close contact, practices for COVID exposed employees & practices for COVID positive employees
- Return to work plans after self-isolation
- Links to resources, literature and guidelines to support and advise employers
