Dr. Dawn Henwood is a consultant working with FutureReadyNB to develop resources that will make it easier for employers to onboard students into experiential learning placements. Dawn served as Manager of Experiential Learning at Mount Allison University from February 2017 to January 2019. She now works as an independent learning designer and trainer specializing in developing human skills. Dawn has 20 years of experience in learning and development, in the corporate world as well as in university environments. She has designed, developed, and delivered professional skills training for a wide range of learners, including university students, consultants in a global professional services firm, project managers in an international bank, women entrepreneurs, and engineers new to Canada. |
