Donna Koop: After joining ADP Canada’s Comprehensive Services team in 2016, Donna has played a key role in supporting the strategic and day-to-day HR activities of some of Canada’s biggest brands. Donna is regularly sought after as a keynote conference speaker, Masterclass leader and webcast and podcast guest. Prior to joining the ADP Canada team, Donna studied Human Resources Management at Royal Roads University. She holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and Career Development Practitioner certification. When not at work; you’ll find her in the Yoga studio, exploring nature or spending time with family and friends.
Jeff Livingston: With a knack for sharing stories and engaging audiences across North America, Jeff Livingston has helped grow some of the world’s biggest and brightest brands. He now hosts the “Insights@Work” podcast, one of North America’s most popular HR podcasts. Before returning to the HR and payroll sector in 2018, Jeff led the communications, stakeholder and fundraising activities for Canada’s most recognized not-for-profits, raising hundreds of millions of dollars for life-saving medical research and launching innovative programs to improve the lives of thousands of Canadian families. The recipient of 3 Canadian Public Relations Society awards as well as a webby Marketing Award, Jeff’s passion for communication clearly shines through. Jeff holds two degrees, as a graduate from Trent University and Dalhousie University and regularly lectures on marketing and communications in some of Canada’s top business programs. His proudest achievements include his role as President, Cota Health Services, one of Canada’s largest supportive housing and mental health agencies and his family, who call Toronto home. |
