Description de l'évènement : |

Front-line employees in health care and workers' compensation frequently make challenging decisions about the most appropriate treatments for injured workers to help facilitate return-to-work. Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tools are designed to inform these decisions based on individual worker characteristics. Dr. Gross will update participants on evidence-based information from a recently conducted scoping review of CDS tools for making treatment decisions for injured workers. Promising tools will be demonstrated, including computer-based tools that have the potential to augment complex clinical decisions. After watching this webinar, you will learn: - To define CDS tools - The rationale for using CDS tools in clinical practice - About an inventory of CDS tools for making treatment decisions for injured workers with musculoskeletal disorders - The level of evidence supporting CDS tools | ||
